The Belswan over 55’s estate is situated directly opposite the Peel Health Campus which now comprises a 160 bed hospital offering both public and private medical treatment. Silver Chain nursing services are located beside the hospital, and Belswan’s own Aged Care facilitity operated by the Aegis Health Group (better know as Greenfields Aged Care) is located on our estate. This 106 apartment complex commences at low care entry and includes full nursing hostel services.

The Transperth bus system connects the hospital to the main Mandurah terminus located at the other end of Murdoch Drive. The new metro light rail system is now in operation with the station located at the Transperth bus terminal. From this terminus all parts of greater Mandurah, including Perth and Rockingham can be reached.

The "Centro" regional shopping complex is located at the next set of lights south from Murdoch Drive on the corner of Pinjarra Road and the Mandurah bypass. A weekly shuttle service delivers and returns village residents who prefer not to drive.

Bowling clubs, golf courses, country and Senior Citizen’s clubs, the Cultural Centre, the concert hall, channel and boating activities, movie theaters, and the now famous board walk, with access to many coffee shops and restaurants are only part of what magnificent coastal Mandurah offers to the local lifestyle.
